Facade systems as a method for forming comfortable environment
in the urban infrastructure

Abstract. Facades make up about 25% of the general construction estimate of the entire building, approximately the same amount is occupied by the main structures and foundations together, but the service life of the facade systems is many times shorter than that of the constructions of buildings and structures. That is why it is necessary to pay special attention to the element base of ensuring the quality of production, the versatility of the facade engineering management and the high qualifications of installers. Innovation and energy efficiency of facade systems require significant financial investments to form the basis of a technological base for the future, save operating costs and ensure the possibility of high­quality operation by the life cycle of buildings and structures. The multifactorial nature of the profitability of these investments will provide in the near future saving budget funds, electricity, with a subsequent reduction in operating costs in 
the development of POS, PPR, ERP. The considered facade systems can be implemented on the territory of Russia, the choice depends solely on the climatic
