Features of the noninertial reference systems accountable at design of construction constructions

Abstract. In work it is told about practical application of forces of inertia, namely their account at construction of housing estates along the twisting rivers and also fatal consequences in the form of environmental disasters at design on such sites of hydraulic engineering constructions without laws of physics. As besides the existing second law of Newton it is necessary to consider the additional forces appearing as a result of the movement of an object of rather noninertial reference system that is where the movement is accelerated. Therefore for health and safety and respect for natural ecological equilibrium it is necessary to consider reduction of construction works the centrifugal force of inertia and Coriolis’s strength
